Novostrat are manufacturers of Polyethylene Foam for use in the Construction and Packaging Industries. The company has a state of the art Production facility in Limerick, Ireland, which has considerable capacity for the production of Polyethylene products. The company was established in 2001 and is the largest producer of Polyethylene Foam in Ireland.

The Material
Polyethylene Foam is a versatile, cost effective, lightweight material, which can be produced in varying densities to suit many applications. Products are CFC and HCFC free.
Products are extruded non-cross linked closed cell Polyethylene Foam. The main benefits are thermal and acoustic Insulation with impact protection qualities.
As a packaging material Polyethylene is designed to protect, Insulate and Isolate our client’s products from production through warehousing and distribution to delivery.
As a construction material the products are designed to offer thermal, acoustic and damp proof insulation properties.
Laminates can be added to standard Polyethylene Foam to act as a damp proof membrane eliminating the need to use additional polythene sheeting. Different strengths of laminate can be used dependant on the product use.
